Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Calories Tracker : AI Cak Scanner (the "App") operated by us ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not download or use the App.

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer (App Store Guideline 1.4 Compliance)

  • Informational Purpose Only: The App, including its AI meal planning tool, camera food scanner, food diary, and progress tracking features, is provided strictly for general educational, wellness, and informational purposes.

  • Not Medical Advice: The App is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Consult a Healthcare Professional: Always seek the advice of a qualified physician, registered dietitian, or healthcare provider before initiating any diet plan, caloric restriction, or dietary change—especially if you have food allergies, metabolic conditions, or underlying health issues.

  • Accuracy of AI & Scans: AI photo recognition, caloric estimates, macro calculations, and meal plan suggestions are non-binding automated estimates. We do not guarantee 100% precision or accuracy of nutritional calculations.

3. App Features & User Responsibilities

  • Meal Planner & Preferences: You are responsible for ensuring that the dietary preferences you input (e.g., foods to avoid, allergies, likes/dislikes) accurately reflect your health requirements. We are not liable for adverse reactions to AI-suggested meals.

  • Camera Access & Logging: You grant the App permission to access your device's camera when using the food scanner feature.

  • Data Accuracy: You understand that your progress reports and food diary rely on user-entered logs and AI estimation models.

4. Third-Party Ads & Analytics

  • The App integrates Google AdMob to display advertisements and Firebase Analytics to track app performance and error logs.

  • Your interactions with third-party advertisements served via Google AdMob are governed by the respective privacy policies and terms of those third-party providers.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All trademarks, graphics, user interface designs, logos, underlying source code, and AI algorithms associated with Calories Tracker : AI Cak Scanner are the exclusive property of the Developer.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

  • Submit harmful content, viruses, or attempts to disrupt the App’s servers or API connections.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, allergic reactions, or reliance on nutritional estimates resulting from your access to or use of the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Account & Data Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your data by using the in-app deletion settings or contacting neetechlllc@gmail.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted within the App or on our official support page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Effective Date:  September 12, 2026 This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the developer ("Licensor," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the  Calories Tracker : AI Cak Scanner  mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App. 1.
